At Faith Ministries, we recognize the profound importance of stillness and reflection in our spiritual journey, as echoed in Psalm 46:10: “Be still, and know that I am God.” We believe that within each of us lies a sanctuary, a place of quietude where we can connect with the divine and find solace amidst the busyness of life. Inspired by this truth, our Meditation & Prayer gatherings offer a sacred space for individuals to cultivate inner peace, deepen their relationship with God, and discover the transformative power of stillness.

Drawing from the wisdom of Hermann Hesse, we embrace the understanding that “within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.” Our Meditation & Prayer sessions offer practical tools and guidance for accessing this inner sanctuary, helping participants quiet the mind, release stress, and cultivate a sense of presence and awareness. Through guided meditations, contemplative practices, and heartfelt prayer, we invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual renewal.

Meditation and yoga can greatly improve physical health, mental focus, and balance while also relieving symptoms of depression, anxiety, and related issues. All are welcome to join our Meditation & Prayer gatherings, regardless of experience or background.   • Weekly Prayer: Tuesday’s at 6:00pm
  • Yoga- 1st Saturday each month at  9:00am- 10:00am
